Your Love Methodology
The methodology of Your Love consists of three parts with 13 steps. By going through the whole process you work on yourself and build your relationship. After patterns are recognized and acknowledged, the negative behavior patterns can be broken and you build the relationship.
A notebook, propelling pencil and eraser are needed to take notes. Make a note of the place, day and time when you take a note. Your notebook is yours and only for you. Your partner is not supposed to look into your notebook! Note: Before you start writing on a new page, initial your own at the bottom right.

Your choice for the online couples therapy of Your Love is a gift you can enjoy for the rest of your life. You will learn to look differently at yourself, your partner, relationship(s) and marriage.
When we talk about a relationship in therapy we are not specifically talking about a marriage or registered partnership. We mean any kind of love relationship between two partners.
Explanation parts and steps
At the end of Part 1, we reach the first goal, to have an open and honest partner conversation on neutral ground.
The step-by-step build-up works towards more and more depth to come out to yourself and what makes you happy inside and outside your relationship.
You go through steps 1 through 10 individually and do not consult with your partner. When you are finished with step 10, you tell your partner so that he or she knows that you are ready for step 11.
Steps 11 through 13 you will go through in consultation with your partner.
- It is important that you do not feel pressure that you “must” follow this online couples therapy. It is your choice to build your relationship.
- We will first look at how you have developed as a person to the point where you are now.
- In the online couples therapy we do not judge or condemn.
- You treat your partner with respect and as soon as emotions get high during partner conversations a time-out is called.
- In the online couples therapy you are given many tools, it is your choice to apply them.
- Making notes in your notebook is necessary to be able to look back later.
- Tip: Go through each step thoroughly and let it sink in for a few days before moving on to the next step. What you learn throughout the process will have a positive effect on the rest of your life.
