Intimacy (part 3)
In step 7, you saw that there are different kinds of intimacy. Each type involves the deeper feeling of being one with your partner. This feeling contributes to your experience of happiness and that of your partner; you have a Loving intimate relationship.
To further enhance the feeling of being one, many couples learn tantric massage. It strengthens the feeling of doing things together and gives a strong sense of intimacy, relaxation and energy which you can experience together anywhere, even on a rainy Sunday afternoon. This also applies to tantric lovemaking which is explained under the focus on sexuality.
Intimacy check
By critically reviewing the questions regularly and answering them for yourself in your notebook, with answers such as Yes, No, Point of Improvement, Not Applicable or Don’t Know, you will have an idea of where improvement is needed.
When you compare to a previous time you answered questions, you are able to observe progress.
